Whether you're a seasoned yogi or simply a puppy lover looking for some stress relief, this event is the perfect combination of movement, mindfulness, and mutts!

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and a smile—we’ll provide the puppies!
